Wendy Williams is a graduate of the anthropology program at the CUNY Graduate Center and an instructor for the School of Professional Studies. She currently teaches COM 110: Digital Literacy and ANTH 110: Urban Anthropology. She has served as a communication fellow working with communication-intensive courses at Baruch College, and as an instructional technology fellow for the Macaulay Honors College. While working on her Ph.D. in anthropology at the CUNY Graduate Center, she also completed the certificate in interactive technology and pedagogy. Her doctoral dissertation focused on technology and the Chinese diaspora. Her background combines scholarly training with twenty years of management experience at media companies Time Warner (Turner Broadcasting and Warner Books) and Bertelsmann (Bantam Books).
