Hello! I'm an art writer and researcher (BA Painting, MA Art History) who works in digital communications at a small and dynamic contemporary art museum, with lots of experience in working with artist-led galleries and independent curating. I taught myself HTML and CSS in 2007 to make a portfolio website from scratch (before I'd heard of Wordpress) and my interest in all things digital grew from there. Planning to learn more code so that I can fully support artist's projects on ICA's soon-to-be-launched new website. My art historical research interests are in modernist painting, but I write a lot on contemporary art, including plenty of new media/web-based stuff.
