I am an advocate for criminal justice involved people posing as an academic researcher. I believe that good people can make mistakes and bad people can have successful careers on Wall Street (or at the US Attorney's Office). Writing for me is hard and slow. I have won a number of prizes including Provost's Digital Innovation Grant, Steve and Elly Hammerman Prize and Data Science for Social Good at the University of Chicago.
